Summer squash, zucchini, carrots, peppers and onions sautéed and served on a bed of penne pasta and topped with marinara.  Tossed salad and garlic breadsticks.

Our vegetable lasagna is delicious! We start with yellow squash and zucchini, julienne carrots and fresh spinach layered with pasta, marinara sauce and a blend of cheeses served tossed salad and garlic bread sticks.

Sliced eggplant browned, baked and topped with marainara sauce with parmesan cheese.  Salad and garlic breadsticks.

Cheddar cheese and onions rolled in corn tortillas and smothered in your choice of cheese sauce or vegetarian chili sauce.  Served with Spanish rice and ranchero beans.

Made with zucchini, corn, black beans, onions, peppers, corn tortilla strips and topped with cheese and chives.  Salad, chips and salsa.
