How much notice do you need to process an order?

We appreciate, but do not require, 24 hours advance notice.  We are happy to accommodate last minute (same day) orders whenever possible.

What are your hours?

Our office hours are 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Our delivery hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Whenever you need catering, we're there.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a $25 delivery fee will be applied to all deliveries within our regular delivery area.  Deliveries outside our regular delivery area are subject to an increased delivery fee.

What if I have to cancel?

Fifty percent (50%) will be charged to all orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  

Weddings and special events require more notice for a full refund of your deposit.

How much time do I need to allow for my food to be setup?

We strive to be on time for 100% of our deliveries.  However, please allow a fifteen minute window on either side of your delivery time for arrival and setup.

Do you provide china?  Glassware? Linens?  Servers?  Bartenders? Carvers?

China, glassware, linens, tables, chairs, servers, bartenders and carvers are available for additional fees.

What kind of payment do you accept? 

American Express , Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash and Company check (due at delivery)

Please call if you need to make other arrangements for payment or to setup a corporate account.

Are deposits required?

A deposit may be required to reserve your date for evenings and weekends.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, the minimum order for delivery depends on the day of the week and the time of day.  We use the following guidelines:

$100 minimum for breakfast and lunch orders Monday - Friday

$250 minimum order for evening orders (after 5pm) Monday - Thursday

$500 minimum order for weekends beginning Friday evening (after 5pm).
