Asparagus spears topped with marinated chicken breast and served with a creamy sauce topped with cheddar cheese

A boneless skinless chicken breast lightly dusted with flour, sauteed in butter then baked in wine sauce with shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan and sliced mushrooms then garnished with green onions.

A boneless, skinless chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheddar cheese, rolled in bread crumbs, lightly browned, then oven baked until golden brown

CILANTRO CHICKEN

A boneless, skinless chicken breast stuffed with corn tortilla, fresh cilantro and jalapeño cheese topped with a mild jalapeño cream sauce

A boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in fajita marinade and cooked over a wood fire, topped with diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and monterey jack cheese
